Our instrumental teaching programme has been designed to put you first. Whether you want play in a band, impress others with your amazing skills, or get creative writing your own songs. Whether music is your life or you just want to have a bit of fun knocking out some tunes, we can help.

We offer lessons in the following instruments:

Each instrument is taught by a professional tutor, hand picked for their personal skills and experience in music. Each and every one of them is a fantastic player in their own right, which means your progress is guaranteed and there's no limit to whatever you want to play. From your first notes to wherever you want to go, your tutor will help build your confidence every step of the way. 

What's more, they know your style. Our programme is constantly being updated to include the latest in all styles of music, from indie rock and metal to funk and jazz, we ensure the sounds you enjoy are part of the Rocksteady syllabus. Whatever your bag is, we've got it covered.

Each lesson lasts for an hour and is taught with one teacher to two students. This has proved to enrich our students experience and give them some time to jam the lesson material without the pressure of a typical private lesson. We also use the latest technology to help the students learning. Each teaching station features amplifiers, wireless headphones and an MP3 system with all the jamming tracks and songs you'll want to learn, ready to go.

Then if you like, there's the chance to put it all into practice at one of Rocksteady's live shows, where your performance with pro level sound, lighting and stage will be captured on film for your own personal DVD.
